Projector Lifts are an important part of the audio visual installation in any house of worship. When designing these systems it is important to take into account the need to enhance rather than take away from the beauty of the architecture. Draper is also an innovator in this area, with a variety of solutions. With Draper projector lifts you can choose from a variety of lifts that move the projector out of the way, or conceal it when not in use. Quiet operation is also important and Draper has a solution for that as well.

Micro Projector Lift
Micro Projector Lift
The first scissor-style lift in the industry to be UL listed, the Micro Projector Lift is small and convenient, just like the projectors it is designed to accommodate. It can be installed in an existing 2′ x 2′ ceiling opening without disturbing the ceiling framework. The projector’s “show” position can be set at any point with infinite adjustability, down to 48” of extension from the ceiling.
Scissor Lift
The Scissor Lift is the first and only scissor lift certified to the new UL 2442 and CSA C22.2 No. 60065-03 standards.
Draper’s Scissor Lift stabilizes projector both laterally and front—to—back with 3 sets of scissors. Draper’s Scissor Lift SL and Scissor Lift SLX not only conceal your projector above the ceiling and sets it exactly where you need it at presentation time, they also bring it down to within easy reach for service, so there’s no need to perch precariously on ladders trying to replace a projector bulb. With drop available up to 28 feet below the ceiling, this is a perfect solution for high ceiling applications.

LCD Lift
The LCD Lift is perfect for lower ceiling applications, positioning the projector right below the ceiling. It’s also easy to order. One part number includes the Environmental Airspace Housing and your choice of either a ceiling closure panel or bomb-bay doors. The LCD Projector Lift also features an innovative current sensor that delays the closing of the unit until the projector’s lamp has shut off.
Revelation
The Draper Revelation permanently conceals the projector—and its noise—above the ceiling at all times. You won’t see or hear the projector—not before, during or after the show. You’ll only see a hinged door in the ceiling. Perfect for multiple use facilities and areas where projector noise could present a problem.
Aero Lift
Draper’s AeroLifts are designed to take up as little space as possible above the ceiling, and feature some of the smallest footprints and heights of any video projector lift. Choose the Aerolift 25, 50 or 150 depending on the size of the projector. AeroLifts employ a simple but powerful design, with strong tubular motors and stabilizing arms (which can be used for cable management). Built-in adjustability is provided through easy-to-use limit switches, so dialing in the precise projector location is a snap.
Orbiter
Sometimes you’re stuck with a projector hanging from a mount—in full view 24/7—because the ceiling is too angled for a recessed lift. Draper has a solution for this issue: The Orbiter, which conceals your projector above the ceiling and quickly rotates it into the “show” position. In addition to ceiling installation, the Orbiter can also hide the projector in a wall or under a table. The Orbiter can also be used to hide videoconferencing cameras, speakers, and other gear when not in use. The Orbiter comes with a universal projector bracket for easy attachment of most projector models.
Phantom
The Phantom hides your projector above the ceiling or beneath a tabletop. At the touch of a button it quickly and quietly dips the projector into the “show” position, revealing itself at just the right time. The Phantom comes with a universal projector bracket for easy attachment of most projector models.
Credenza Lift
You don’t always have clear space overhead to recess a projector, but you still need to find a way to hide it when not in use. The Credenza Lift conceals your projector in a credenza, cabinet, or table and raises it quickly and quietly into position when it’s needed. When concealed, your projector is protected and out of the way. A built in safety feature protects curious fingers from being pinched.
